Orzo With Peas

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black petter
Method
- Bring 3-quart pot water to boil
- Lightly salt water, add orzo
- Cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Stir in peas, and return to boil
- Boil 1 minute, then drain
- Toss orzo and peas with butter and oregano, stirring until butter melted.
- Stir in cheese, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper
- Serve warm
