Shredded BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4lb pork butt
- 16oz Mug Root Beer
- 18oz Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Garlic powder
Preparation
- Remove excess fat from port butt
- Perforate with fork
- Apply salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Place in slow cooker
- Add root beer
- Cook on low for 6-10 hours
- Remove from cooker; shred with fork
- Discard cooker contents
- Put shredded pork back in cooker
- Add BBQ sauce
- Cook on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
- Place on toasted rolls
